EFFECTIVE COLLABORATION

1.5 days

Program Overview

The program is built on GLO’s collaborative framework which considers three drivers of collaboration combined with three core habits of collaborative team members. Drivers are a common purpose, values and fairness of processes to build trust. Core habits that will ultimately develop a collaborative culture are Caring (the ability to actively listen), Sensing (Taking ownership and regulating emotions) and Knowing (seeking facts beyond assumptions).
The resulting outcomes are increased trust, collaboration and higher performance with higher motivation and happiness as an indirect result.
Highly collaborative individuals also show:
 1. MENTAL AGILITY to change and adopt to change
 2. High inner motivation (PASSION))
 3. Humility and integrity (raising team interest above self) (VALUES)
They are MVPs!
The highly customized program targets for participants to:
 1. Gain higher awareness on the what, why and how of effective team collaboration
 2. Reflect and develop personal and team actions to stimulate behaviors that support collaboration and conflictmitigation
 3. Learn and practice effective conflict resolution strategies
 4. Better understand the importance of taking ownership and how to find the inner motivation and strength to execute it in situations of ambiguity
In order to achieve these outcomes, we recommend a 4 step approach:
 1. Senior leader interview
A call or face-to-face interview with max. 4 core leaders to gain valuable insights in practical daily challenges and develop relevant case material
 2. MVP assessment
Online assessment of personal attributes for team collaboration to be used on team and individual level throughout the workshop
 3. 2-Day workshop
Highly interactive workshop with concept sharing, team exercises, case practice and role plays
 4. Team coaching webinar review
One hour session one to two months post workshop to review challenges in practice and review key concepts learned
In order to ensure maximum impact of this one and a half day workshop, GLO will engage facilitators who are not only well experienced in conducting workshops, but have considerable practical experiences in the C-Suite. See facilitator profiles enclosed to learn more.
